Complaint Details
I had a Mobile telephone service connection with M/s Vodafone Essar Ltd. with the above given mobile number. In May 2010, the company abruptly disconnected all service to my mobile without giving any reason or intimation. I contacted their call centre, but they were not prepared to register any complaint. I contacted their regional office, but no valid reason was given. I wrote a complaint to their corporate office(nodal officer and customer service centre) but no reply. I made an appeal to their appellate authority but no reply. Then I complained to the Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India(TRAI), but the authority too goes on telling me to file oral complaint to the telecom operator. With the telecom operator totally unresponsive and the Regulatory Authority not bothering about it, I do not know where to complain. At the same time I do not want to let this type of callous operators to go scott free with nobody to question them. Please guide me.
