resp sir,
My customer code is 1003340856. I am user of your product Aquaguard and Eoroclean since 2006. I was also the part of your promotional incentive programme. I motivated 6 more customers to by Aquaguard and they purchased.
On 10.07.11, my aquaguard was not dispensing water. I complained at your Euro help line no. on the same day which complaint no is 62900451. The customer care person suggested me to talk on 24105846 or 902248425.
Despite of regular call, no body picked up the phone, neither landline nor mobile.
on 11.07.11, i again called on your ero helpline no. Mr. Ayaj, the person who received the call, has assured me that their technician ould contact us. But no resposnse given by the Dattatray Services.
My wife on date (12.07.11) went to the office of the said service agency and asked about not picking up the phone. He replied NOTHING. but assured that one person will ateend the call in the evening.
one person has come to my residence to check the Aquaguard Machine. He took away the KIT of the machine to replace it, but returned with the same KIT. He told " This Kit is not available at our office. This will be available after three days".
I told him go again to the office and bring new KIT so that the possibility of rain and water related deseases may not affect us.
He called to Mr. Dattatray by my Landline No. 24146782. Mr. Dattatray said' Sir machne ko chhune se thik nahin hoga. Iske liye naya kit company degi tabhi lag payega aur kam se kam 3 din lagega"
I tol him' how are you running you service centre without having proper equipment?'
Then he started to shouthing 'Tum mat sikhao ki kaise secrvice centre chalana hai. Tun Pradhan Mantri Ho Kya jo mujhe Batlaoge. Ab to tumhara Kaam bilkul nahin karunga chaahe tum jo kar lo. Tum jo karna Chaho kar lo. Mera kuch nahin bigad paoge. Tumahara paisa company ne liya hai. Usi se bolo. naa maine paisa liya hai naa main kuch sununga"
His misbehave shocked me. How a person who is running service centre of the essensial equipment can say?
I think he is no more interested to run the business further.
Therefore, I request you please give him a lession for such misbehave and sent the service person well equiped.
My AMC is valid upto 23.11.11.
