Complaint Details
The after sales service is pathetic, the service engineers are not interested in carrying out trials post fitment of the equipment that the water obtained from the equipment is safe to consume. The equipment was installed on 11 April 2011 and till date no engineer or technician has been deputed, even after several requests on telephone. Presently the equipment is not working probably the fuse must have gone. I request the service engineer be deputed at the earliest.
It is also intimated that I intend to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum
