Hi,
Complaint number 0062917600 still not addressed.
No one wants to address my compaints.
They just want me to go wit a new service contract.
My family is drinking less pure water because they have not done the schedule maintenance.

Please take strict acktion against tem. Ask them to increase my contract by the number of days for which they have defaulted.
