I have made the payment for installing Jio Giga fiber on 27th April 2019, but did not get the installation done till irrespective of calling the customer cares daily.

When I call customer care or any other jio engineer, they keep on saying same thing wait for 24hours and installation will be done. As you can see, I have waited now almost 1 month. Please help me with the installation and kindly improve the customer care service since they don't give any information regarding ticket raise 1 week earlier.
