Hi,

I have ordered a smart watch from ezeedeals online portal on May 3rd, 2019. I have even registered myself on the portal so that i can track my order online. I have received my order after 1 week. However, after some days, i started getting calls from unknown people asking about the status of their orders. I even started receiving emails about the some orders have been placed from ezeedeals. Some unidentified callers have also mentioned that ezeedeals have my number as a contact regarding queries on orders.

I have tried reaching out to ezeedeals customer care by using the number on their website but the number is never reachable.

Kindly advise.
