Complaint Details
I had got Tikona Installed on 17th of May 2019 and since then till 29th May 2019 i got very limited or no connectivity. Had raised it multiple times to vendor through their contact center (literally spent hour each day post office to raise complaints). Always heard the same answers - restart laptop, issue at network, server upgrade, some issue going on in area etc.
I had kept paying my bills.
I had already paid bill for advance 6 month as per their plan but no service and customer support, a lot of times i had to move to cyber cafes or resort to mobile internet to complete any important work.
while i am reaching customer care to disconnect my service and return my remain amount but they are not ready to return even they are not ready to disconnect the service.
becuase of that my bill is increasing without any support and service.Though as per their commitment while i was takign connection they confirmed that if service will not received good, money will
will refund without any condition.but now they are not ready to disconnect my service and also not ready to refund my advance money back.
