Complaint Details
I took Wifi connection of Tikona Infinet Limited at my home. I select plan of 1 year for 6 MBPS but after installation I was getting less than 0.50 MBit/sspeed. I did compaints so many times but still I was facing same problem. They told me at the time of instalation that they have very good services and they cares for customers but staff is very rude. They don't know how to behave with customers who pay them. I ask them for full refund but now they are not supporting and my wifi is not working.
