Complaint Details
On 15th of May i placed order for Samsung HT-J5100K 5.1 Home Cinema and it was delivered on 17th May.
Further i received message from flipkart that the Installation will be carried out by Samsung on 19th May.
On 19th the Engineer from Samsung arrived, opened the box and he found the speakers set required were missing.
Hence he cancelled the installation and advised to file for return and replacement which was done via incident IN1905191631280709074.
After follow-up on 21st i received a mail from cs@flipkart that they wanted to file a FIR to investigate issue for which i have given consent in reply.
But on 22nd i received two response one saying
"the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand"
second one saying,
'request for a replacement has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns'
After this every time i call the customer support i get a standard response that 'request for a replacement has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns' after waiting for 72 Hrs . This has happened almost 5 five times ( IN1905222110384954553,IN1905291532479513363)
Please help to get
1. my original issue of delivery with missing item resolved. I have paid for the product in full and followed to process advised.
No one contacted me to find out the background of issue as mentioned in original mail, but without resolving the issue just they took cover under system detected return.
2. I reached to the seller and found that he did not receive an return & replacement request. Then why flipkart claim seller will be able to fulfill return request.
