Complaint Details
I have made a wrong fund transfer to account of HDFC A/C No.50100056478412 on 03.11.2018 of Rs.7000/- with UTR/Ref No.000264828249.and i have submitted a letter to concern branch and the branch have request a consent letter from wrong account holder since the account holder is in Singapore now so he sent a mail to his home branch (Santhome Branch) for this issue and he given approval for rollback / refund back of the money to my account but the branch manager is not responding and his behavior was too bad when deal customers and he says he will not do the refund and use some filthy languages as well which is not acceptable and i have asked only my money not his money so here i request you to refund the said money to my account at the earliest
