I have purchased cooler with attached no before an year now I am calling company representative for servicing the same but they are neither providing service nor replacing it. Always they are saying that technician will visit within 48 hours but till date that 48 hrs never come.this is new kind of fraud that at the time of buying product cello has provided different information & they don't care about customers. I have sent my query to registered email id of cellocooler but till date none them has shown courtesy to give reply on it. I want compensation for such harrassment.
