Dear Sir,
I had got a call from Mobile Number reflecting Flipkart with it's Logo on Truecaller saying I have won a lucky draw upon one of my purchases from the App & then lot's of SMSes mentioning the same from Flipkart HP SALES. They said it's joint offer from Flipkart & PAYTM BANK whereby whatever we purchase on the App that payment is to be done in favour Flipkart India Pvt. Ltd on their PAYTM BANK ACCOUNT & I will get Cash back of 40% & a gift.
I first didn't believe it & tried to confirm on their Helpline Number but there is no option to talk to any person just recorded messages of my purchase were there. Again I got the call from them & they said this scheme is not available on App it's through their Sales Office that Lucky Draws were drawn & then they told me about all the purchases I had made in May 2019, my address as well as what was in my cart, now anyone would believe it to be true as we can't imagine anyone having access to all this information & so I proceeded further.
I added 1 Redmi Mobile worth 10999 & they were watching the whole process then they asked me to deposit the money in favour of Flipkart India Pvt Ltd in PAYTM BANK ACCOUNT & gave me the IFSC Code & I deposited it & waited for 15 minutes but I got the SMS that money is received but the Gift item GST Amount I would have to pay which would be refunded in 4 hour's, here I doubted the whole thing & immediately through great difficulty got in touch with the Flipkart representative & came to know it's a fake game. I provided them all the information about the Mobile Number, their Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, my transaction ID & told them to immediately take some action but they just took my complaint on 31st May 2019 & today till 6th June it's still not been resolved.
Thereafter on the same day I filed a police complaint at Amboli Police Station & informed Flipkart about it so that they can take some action till evening 6 PM those Fake numbers were active inspite of registering the complaint with Flipkart at around 1 PM on 31st May 2019.
I am regularly following up with Flipkart to resolve my complaint whereas those Scamsters are freely operating without any fear of police or the Company. God Knows how anyone can Justice in this kind of atmosphere where no one is ready to take any action against the Fraudulent people. I just now want my Rs 10999 back from Flipkart on whose name I had Deposited the Money.
