I have ordered oneplus 7 smart phone from amazon on 5th June, 2019.I have made the entire payment of the same.Also, I have an amazon prime membersship account. So the order was supposed to be delivered the very next day on 6 June, 2019.
Today is 8th June and I still haven't received my phone. After contacting amazon customer care for n number of times since past 3 days I still haven't gotten any help from the company regarding the same. I have filed an official complaint within the company. The complaint number is 404-8931963-4567516. They aren't even giving a valid reason for the delay. They have no contact with their own delivery agent. The company's services are highly unprofessional.
