I ordered a treadmill on Amazon on May 2nd 2019.I received a product on 8/05/2019 actually the estimated date is 11/5/2019 - 15/5/2019. After receiving the product I checked the product working condition for one week..After one week onwards the belt of treadmill is not working properly..I contacted the Amazon customer support they give seller number to contact. I contacted the seller , they send one technician and he came to my home and after examine the product he said that it is not good product give back to Amazon.. Before that I.e 21/5/2019 last date of return request of product , I raised a complaint..After taking suggestion I contacted Amazon..They said that to wait 24 hrs to resolve and refund ur amount.. Other wise you will a claim the guarantee . I didn't received any response from seller and Amazon. I claimed a guarantee but Amazon refused that I asked for the reason they are saying that you are not contacted at right time. For that proof please find my attached files..I am continuously calling them they are saying that and I didn't get any response from them..For that I complaining on them. So please take my case and help me
