I had booked tickets through Goibibo for the Indigo flight to Vishakhapatnam. Because of the cyclone I had to cancel the ticket and I was assured of complete refund. Indigo sent my refund to Goibibo who sent it to my SBI account. Both Indigo and Goibibo have provided receipts for the transactions. State Bank of India hasn't credited it to my account yet and hasn't responded to any questions about this matter for more than a month. I've been running around, calling, messaging, e-mailing all possible contacts for SBI every single day, but I haven't received my money or any update. I'm tired and my head feels like it will explode from feeling so angry and helpless. I am a freelancer and I can't afford to forget about the money so easily. It is my hard earned money and they can't treat a customer like this.
