Complaint Details
I have purchased split air AC of Bluestar from Mahalaxmi Radio and Fan Co. Santosh Nagar, Kalyan (E) on 19th March, 2019 for Rs 30,000 against the bill no. KE/1820/18-19. From the date of purchasing this AC unit, within 2 weeks the cooling of AC stopped. The complaint for the same was given to the dealer i.e Mr. Sanjay of Mahalaxmi Radio & Fan Co. which was repaired after several complaints and then again within 3 days the AC unit stopped cooling.
5 technicians have come so far and checked the Ac unit and confirmed about the defect in it.
When I approached the dealer for reimbursement, he took away the AC unit and besides my frequent calls and visit to them till date no action or response has been given by the dealer or the Bluestar Company. Our several complaints to the dealer and blue star technicians have fallen on deaf ears.
When approached the showroom the dealer is never present there and even the helpers there do not respond and provide his contact number after several requests.
