Complaint Details
Goibibo owed me 6517. They had refunded 1269 instead of 6517 when Indigo issued a FULL REFUND. Then they pretended to be sorry about this mistake and said they're rectifying. They owed me 5248 which never came. I kept asking them for help. And they didn't even bother to check even though I kept asking you to repeatedly all day every day for OVER A MONTH! Yesterday they finally realised and admited that it was their error after I furnished my bank statements from the day I paid them money and sent me an email, after a telephonic conversation, saying they're sending the remaining 5k. And today they have only refunded 3k.
More than the monetary loss this harassment and mental torture and the disrespectful attitude are messing with me. It's becoming difficult to handle all these lies and they would gladly pocket our money when we get tired of chasing after them.
