Complaint Details
​On 14-3-2019, I got an SMS alert saying that Rs. 16,356 was deducted from my account. With great difficulty, I rushed to the branch immediately and orally complained against such deduction. I was assured by the Manager that the amount would be credited back to my account shortly. I visited at least 10 times to enquire about the status of my complaint. But even after 3 months, your bank officials have not credited back the wrongly deducted amount into my account. I called customer care number also on 20-05-2019. Unfortunately, they also did not help. ​SB Account with Canara Bank ARASALU BRANCH (IFSC Code: CNRB0005387). My Account No. is 5387101000031.
