I moved into Nestaway flat,   Madhuban CHS on 28th may. Before moving in, I checked the Ac, It was not working in a good condition. So I asked the property Manager to repair it. He told me to raise a service request on Nestaway app and the issue will be resolved. So i raised a service request on the first day of moving in(28th May). I was told the issue will get resolved in 3 days.


Service repair guy came after 2 weeks and cleaned the AC, he didn't repair the AC, so the issue continued. Even after repeated calling, the issue didn't get resolved. In hot and humid summer in Mumbai I had to stay without Ac and also pay the Ac Current Bill without using Ac.


After 37 days, I was told the issue cannot be resolved and I can freely move into new Nestaway flat. To which I categorically denied and asked them to either Repair my Ac or give me a complete refund and I would move out of Nestaway flat.
They told me that they will resolve the issue. After everyday calling, and speaking for an hour on the issue, no action was taken.

It has been a mental harrassment through all these days with repeated calling with no proper response. I continue to suffer and would request the court to intervene and give me justice.
