Hello Sir,
My name is Sachin Narwade. I had purchased a set of 3 Titan wrist watches from watchsmith.co via COD mode of payment on 5th June 2019. Order no is WS 18808.

So I received it today on 9th June 2019 Sunday Docket no 8519961228. But as I have opened it, found all watches are broken and not as described on website. In picture they are showing that the company of watch will be Titan but in reality it's showing fastrack and
yet broken not working. This is very disgusting.
Please get it returned immediately.
