Complaint Details
I booked my Ticket through MakemyTrip travel portal Booking ID NN2299729799436 and Jet Airways PNR RAWQTA. I was promised the refund on 13th Apreil 2019 in about 15 days time but so far nothing has happened. Every time I call Make by Trip they say they are trying. My ticket was booked on 6th February 2019. Please help me. I missed my son's graduation ceremony.
