Hello Team,

I am member of your THE GYM ,Vatika Business Park, Gurugram, attached is invoice for reference .It seems that center is closed for indefiente time period without any reason communicated via SMS.

I am failing to understand why the amount is not being refunding when one has paid yearly membership fee.

It gives a very bad impression and negative publicity to brand "THE GYM".

Kindly let me know by when my entire membership amount refunded which I have paid.
