I have purchased Aquaguard Integra High Life approx. 11/2-2 yrs back. The unit has given me issues right from the begining. The people at the service centre also know this fact. Recently about 30 days back, I faced an issue with the purifier. It was not purifying the water. We called the service centre center. He came in 1-2 days and told us that the PUMP is not functioning properly and we have to replace it. BUT he said that there is NO STOCK available. We have to wait for 14 days. He replaced the pump 2 WEEKS later. EVEN after this, within 2 days, it again stopped working. We again called the service center person. He again came and tried to find out the problem. AGAIN he says the PUMP may not be working properly. AGAIN he says we have to wait for upto 1 week to replace the pump since there is NO STOCK. TIll now the issue has not been resolved. It has been about 30 Days till date.
