Complaint Details
My water purifier was not working forlast 3 months. I called the service and the service man says there is a small part to be replaced. He never returned. i called again and another person came and does the same thing. Then i give a web complaint on their site http://www.eurekaforbes.com/servicerequeststeps.aspx and another person came and did not return. Then as per the steps given at the above site i escalated it to their customer care officer and Head customer care. NO body bothered to call me or solve my problem. If they cannot service such a small problem then why such a pompous website and service request steps etc.
