Complaint Details
I took AMC in water purifier on 20.05.2011 for one year. Still its in warranty period, its membrane is not functioning upto the marks and water TDS is very high and membrane is not able to bring it down to controlled level. I contacted repeatedly to Eureka Forbes Ltd authorized service centre - SAP service centre, 9th Main, Subramanyanagar. Contact person name Lokesh (Contact#9986261625) and local regional head – Adarsh (Contact #0826 2220052) to get the problem is addressed.
But the service centre failure to provide the service what they bind in the contract.
Its been a pain following and getting false commitment from CC with no results after of compliant launch.
We require your kind attention on the same.
