i have registered a complaint with 0443988333(chennai) office of acquaguard on 2/3 jul 11.the technician visited on 5 jul 11 and replaced yhe filters of acquaguard but the acquard didnot function,hence he agreed to come next day to repair it and collect the servoice charges.the man didnot turn up and fresh coplaint was lodged on 9 jul 11 .but till date to no avail.on contacting the above no. every time i get the reply that some senior technician would come next day.there is no other means to contact the company. i harrassed and forced to buy drinking water.
