I had bought a new acquaguard from Eureka Forbes under exchange of my old one. The sales executive Mr Sebastian told us that he would come personally with a prorata refund cheque against the balance period of the contract.Its more than 6weeks, he's stopped taking my calls and not responding. Made a complaint to Eureka Forbes site also but no one helps.
