Subject Line: Incompetent service and not interested in providing service further
Nature of Complaint: Dear Madam/Sir,
I, Paresh Limbochiya holds customer ID no. 1007042358 and have Protec+ RO system.
Having paid fortune for this machine, we are in trouble from very first day. None of service call was attend very smoothly and we always need to involve higher management of Eureka-Gujarat office. All the time, Eureka employees have never turned us down but service company (third party) is not competent enough to handle this machine. Honestly, we have spoiled our habit with your machine’s output quality and hence not able to catch-up with readily available water so have no choice except to get machine run for family of 4. Would have been case, if readily available water quality is good, I could afford to throw your machine out instead of getting serviced from this service company.
We, both are working and hence only evening time is available for such technicians to attend our issues and while lodging complain, we clearly mention that technician must give us call before visiting us to make sure that we are at home. Now machine is out of warranty and we asked for our first “Annual Maintenance Contract” to begin almost 4 days back. Having requested Eureka Forbes for AMC, we followed up with same service company who is attending our issues even during warranty period along with Eureka Forbes technician to pick up cheque payment for AMC. Since no-one turned up, we reminded them yesterday and while talking with technician (Mr. Mukeshbhai - +91-9979889446) as well as Mr. Maheshbhai (owner of service company – mobile no. +91-9825846267) over conference phone call- we all learned that Mukeshbhai came on 8th July 2011 and found our house locked with my car parked outside and light glowing in house. We told them that we were just on next house and would have been called by Mukeshbhai, he could have got cheque payment in 60 seconds. We have been told by Mr. Mahesh that “We can not pamper you like this” and “ We are not supposed to call you before coming”……this was really shocking and shows that he is not interested in AMC-service. They still believe that everytime, we need to involve higher-ups from Eureka Forbes to get that simple machine served.
We can not accept such attitude from this service company and would not like to deal with them in future. In case if Eureka Forbes is not in position to serve our machine, kindly take it back as I also can not afford such careless attitude/service for essential product like water for my family. I believe in Tata group and paid fortune to buy this machine and company can not go off just selling machine and not able to provide satisfactory repair services.
Pl. note that in any case, we can not accept that service company’s personal.
Kindly revert with your stand within 24 hours, else would take it irreversibly forward. I would still prefer to get it serviced from Eureka-team with AMC. Nevertheless we can not be taken for granted and would not accept “the worst” efforts/attitude of your service company. Surely would not like to see that service company in my house.
