Complaint Details
i had paid an amount of Rs. 1500/- (dated 19/1/2010, receipt no. 645, customer code 1007)against annual maintenance charges for 2 years to the company in which they were suppose to change carbon 2 times a year, candle once a year and cover any problem associated with the functioning of the machine. in past 1 and half year they have just visited once since renewal. my machine is leaking for last few days and on repeated complains also there is no response and every day i am being assured that someone shall visit me. last complaint i lodges was on 7/7/2011 no ASP 7/7/295. even today i was assured that someone shall visit my clinic but as usual no response. kindly advice what shall i do against such corrupt companies ??
