Complaint Details
We have purchased on Eureka Forbes Reviva on 24th Oct 2004. Since then we have been regularly paying Annual Maintenance Contract. However, since the past two years the service has been going down and down and it has touched the rock bottom. They do not want to replace spares at all. They give some flimsy reason for the problem and escape. Otherwise, they make several visits and after a period of almost two months after our repeated hot exchange of words they turn up with a solution of replacement of spares. We are fed up and would definitely escalate the problem to The Consumer Forum for rederssal. They say that they will come for preventive maintenance quarterly but that never happens. We hope that some justive would be done to us by replacing the entire unit as the service engineers are of the opinion that we should not be entering into AMS for an old machine as it has lived its life. Then why are they telling this after collecting Annual Maintenance Charges. This is daylight robbery of customers.
