I have purchased tata indigo CS ELX BS IV car three month back
vehicle detail is

power window of my car is not working from last one month, we have gone for service at GUINEA MOTORS (P) LTD. at Belly road Patna.
Due to ignorance and poor commitment for the service i waited for few day as said by them. regarding this problem i have logged a complain at tata motors service center
Complain No. Is- 1-12921215575 on 30th of june -2011. I got no reply from the service centre regarding my problem and solution.
i again logged complain for the same problem dated 15th july- 2011.
complain no is- 1-13055103111.
i have taken my car from Hdfc car loan. i am paying to bank Rs.10425/- per month as my loan amount.
because of power window failure my car is idle. i am hiring private vehicle for my personal work causing each day Rs. 1000/-.
i am loosing my money and benefits just because of poor service and commitment.
it has taken one month for my problem and still my problem is not solved.
by the time i have loosed my money around Rs. 40000/- including my loan amount . , got so many times personal harassment and no service till date.
i request you for justice.
