Hi, We purchased new RO machine from Eureka Forbes on 19th June. There is some problem with the Auto Cutoff and we lodged complaint thru their call centre during the first week itself. Ref no – 85009053. We called call centre and the agent so many times and till date no one visited and we have a feeling that we left helpless. There were promises made that agent/mechanic will be at our place by certain time and he/she never turned up. I would need help in getting this machine replaced as it’s a faulty machine given to us.
