signed 1 yr service contract on24/06/2011, on same day all the filters were changed, & machine sreviced,very next day some white deposits appeared,after repeated calls it was again serviced, but was told some chemical was reqd for cleaning which they did not have ,so was asked to wait for a few days,contacted them after a week & was told the chemical has come but till date no one has come, after making several calls & them promising to come, today after 23 days i am not able to get clean water,& i have aged parents 88 & 83 yrs old & have been spending heavily on buying mineral water, this is too much & absolutely un professional on the part of the company, i am really fed up & want to cancel the contract & refund of money
