I had bought an Aquaguard compact water purifier from Eureka Forbes in March 2009. It gave problems from the very start. However I had got it memded from the company and was running well till Feb 2011. In Feb 2011 on a request from the company for AMC I took one and paid Rs 1000 for the same. It was serviced and worked well upto Jun15 2011. On a complaint for looking into the matter the service man came and corrected it and it ran successfully before him. Since the old AMC copy was not avaialable with me I took another AMC for 1050/-. He stated that it will be adjusted if the old AMC papaers are found. Since 1.7.2011 the machine has stopped working I have made comaplaints on 1/3/5/7/13/16/17/18 July with no response. The company has my phone No on record. Thier perosn has not visted us once . I shall be garteul if the complaint is redressed. and the money taken twice from me for AMC is returned to me at the earliest to avaoid further complicating the issue.
