'Complaint Defective Aquaguard Total Ro Reviva'
As I have complaint dozen of times regarding the aboved cited defected water purifier to replace it but you do not bother.In response you just sent your your serviceman who makes formalities and goes back but the defect remains the same.How could water be filtered when it fails to even lift the water?Dear sir Ureka is a company of good repute and credibility.This type of Aquaguard water purifier spoils your name and fame.I think it is all due to the negligence of your
Sales Representative Ravinder Pal,because next day after the installation we complained to him.He came and first changed the connection of water purifier,but the defect remained the same and he forgotten.After that we make so many complaint online on your website and on phone of your locale dealer.Please treat it as a genuine case and replace it at earliest and oblige,Hope I would not compelled to go to the consumer court.Thanks,your costumer Pratibimb Sharma from Sahara Samay.
