I have AquaSure SpringFresh RO. I need to change all its filters.
I had called up 39883333 on 3-7-11. I was given service request ID: 85066332 I called up again on 5-Jul-11 to remind them. I received a call from 39883333 on 7-7-11 and they asked me to call 1860 200 3434. The person at this number says, he is not the concerned person for this and I should call 1860 266 1177. No one picks up the phone on this number.
They again called on 14-Jul-11 and said an engineer will come to change the filters but no one has ever come.
I have gone through all the steps mentioned on their web-site and this is Step-4 as per the web site. I am attaching screen-shot of Step-3 logged on their web-site.
