I had lodged a complaint with their Kolkata customer care centre for My water purifier which is under AMC upto nov'2011 vide complnt no 85159883 on 15/07/2011 but till now no one has visited to solve the problem although i am daily contacting twice on thier Kolkata customer care (033-39883333) and getting message as " they are once again forwarding my complaint to respective centre. Kindly note Patna is coming under Kolkata customer care centre. I have also forwarded/requested my complaint to their website vide complaint no 4fc0059f864a.
