Complaint Details
We have a aquasure waterpurifier and its within warranty. Its not worked from day1. The company has always tried to replace parts and fix it which works temporarily for a week. 2 months ago it went faulty again and this time they could not fix it. They took lot of time to get parts and fix but could not. They offered to take it to the service station and fix it there. They took it a month ago and they still havent returned it, Every time we call they have a reason to tell. They have not tried to contact us even once to keep us posted about the issue. We have paid a lot of money to purchase the product and we are spending more now by boiling water on LPG stove. The LPG prices have gone up and we aree left no where/no update and no product
