we had a service contract with eureka forbes water purifier for 2 yrs (4 services) and paid them Rs1,700/-for it. we got only 1 service in the period. we r requesting the remaining services since past 8 months. but they r saying-only if we renew the contract by paying Rs1,000/-more will they service the water purifier.
