Customer Code 1006473533 Model RO TOTEL. Only after umpteem follow up the above gentleman attended the faulty filter in Oct 2010 which was again the first such calls made by your rep so far. During this call, he made me signing a multiple year AMC for Rs.6520/- vide receipt no.2042035 dt 22.10.2010. Not a single preventive maintenance call (PM) has been carried ut so far. On my repeated attempts, I have managed to get in touch with Naresh today whose coments "NO CALLS HENCE NOT ATENDED THE MACHINE" was quite suprising for me!!!!I never knew that I need to act as a service personnel of Eureka Forbes to remind the technician on necessity on attending PM calls for which an AMC for multiple years has already been signed!!!!!
This, according to me, is purely unacceptable as we feel that the AMC conract is an assurance of quality service which could not be at reminding of the customer himself, rather must be a proactive maintenence call from the company's side itself. Please arrange to return the AMC amount paid by me alongwith interest imediately as I wont be interested for service by your company any more as I have already lost trust in the service level of your organisation.
