Water Purifier TOTAL Sensa product have been installed May 11, but till date original bill is not recieved which it was supposed to come by courier as conveyed by company.Complaint lodged on customer care with no 85004010 dated 22.06.11 & escalted to all level Head Customer care, but got assurance it will reach within 2 days, still awaited.I am attaching service request logded with them.As per policy its there responsibility to provide bill without any escalation.I have only installation copy.
