Complaint Details
Complaint No. 85181232. First complaint submitted on 11th June, followed up on 15 June, 16 June, 12 July, 19 July, and 20th July. I have been repeatedly told by customer care executives that my complaint will be addressed in 12 hours. However, i have not received any response from field/technicians so far on my problem. Product is Aquasure Ivory, and it is under warranty.
