we purchased aquaguard reviva,past 2 yr before ,now 6 months before we taken amc, for 21 year, now my aqua guard is not working, water is not purifying so i given a complaint in customer suport on 16/07/11 but keep on giving complaint the techinian came on 20/07/11, he told candle need to replaced, and i will today evening surely and i will replace but 24 hrs left the person not came,there is no response from, again we are keep on calling customer suport, they are not all bodering, i have a 8 months old child, putting amc we payed 4000rs, but wwe are lack of service my baby not having water past 4 days we changed to mineral watert now my baby suffering with fever, so eureka forbes neglacting the customer after paying the amout, they are not sending the proper techinian, please take severe step and save the customers,,,,,,,,,,,
