Complaint Details
I bought a Eureka forbes water purifier Infiniti model with UV protection. Its been a month of install and I called up for a simple thing to know how to back flush the equipment which is needed once a month. They could not tell it to me online. After registering a complain till date its been 1 week no one appeared at home inspite of several reminders. They give wrong phone numbers on thier helpline numbers which are outdated. My complain number is 0062965191. My customer number is 1008353469. I was forwarded to Mr. Ashwani at Sant Nagar office from call center after a week and still awaiting someone to come at home for my resoilution.
