I had bought Eureka Forbes SpaKle steam cleaner in March 2010. The product is still under warranty as the warranty period is for two years. The machine is giving frequent trouble in the two months. Complaints have been lodged on 8.6.2011, 20.6.2011, 23.6.2011 . 29.6.2011, 7.7.2011 and again on 21.7.2011 through the online system for registration of complaints. It has already gone for repair three four times. Every time I call and e mail for service request, the company takes a minimum of one week to respond. The service staff is not aware of a premium product like a steam cleaner. They ask innocent questions like if the product really belongs to Eureka Forbes at all. They do not seem to be professionally and technically qailified to deal with the service of such a product. The machine was repaired and brought to my house on 18.7.2011.However it has still not been repaired well as a result no steam is coming out from the machine. Machine is only throwing water.
I bought the steam cleaner as I have to protect my two year old son from dust and pet hair as well as pet saliva from my two dogs. Since the machine is not working and the service is pathetic , I am put to great inconvenience. This delay in service response is a potential health hazard for my young son and for my family. My request is that the service of machine should be done immediately and Eureka Forbes should be asked to replace the machine with a new one as the existing machine is not working and they are not able to repair it at all.
