My water purified (Platinum Model)is under 3 yrs AMC and is non functional for last two weeks. repeater request to the service engineers failed as they show the non availability of spare parts of this model. The company should replace the model if it cant provide the spares and at the same time the motto of pure drinking water by eureka forbes through there product does not mean.
