Complaint Details
I bought a Aqua Guard, the sales rep took the whole payment and promised delivery and fitting in 48hrs. But its been 24 days and the fitting is still pending. I'm still chasing them with no resolution. After getting fedup on following up with the brach from which I purchased, I'm exploring other methodds to get it resolved. Eurekha Forbes web site lead me to this....hence I'm writing this assuming that I'll get the resolution.

They are very unfair to their customers. The behaviour pre-sales and post sales is absolutely the opposit. Let oters beware dont pay Eurekha forbes before they complete the installation.
