Complaint Details
I applied for an internet connection from Nextra company on 2nd August 2019 (my CRF no. is 068075). I paid them RS 707 for installation and their executive promised connection within 2 working days. However, even after 4 days the connection was not installed. Sensing their poor service, i asked them to refund the amount. Now it has been almost a month and their executive continually are giving unsatisfactory reply. therefore i kindly request you to take strict action so that I get reimbursed for money paid and inconvenience caused.
