Complaint Details
I have bought 7 packs of Panneer, and a milk peda pack (1 unit) from the ponlait shop oulet (Pondicherry university branch - within campus) on saturday (24.08.2019) around 12.45 pm. I have asked for the bill and they were saying bill is over and i can collect it later, after that till tuesday (27.08.2019) I have went 4 times and all the time they were insulting and saying they dont have bill to provide and they wont give bill for the purchased items. As I have bought for hostel purpose and I need to document it, I have requested several times and they were insulting repeatedly for asking bill (invoice). Hence I am requesting you to kindly take necessary actions. As i have believed them I couldnt take any picture proofs, but they have a specific records for each and every purchase, that could be used for the proof of my purchase.
