Dear Sir,

I have filed my complaint dated 19th August 2019. But still no improvement, my complaint is that I can't login the website and the Android app. I also didn't get any OTP message on my registered mobile number and email, so I can't create MY OWN PLAN. I have been through a lot of followups but the customer care Center's executive has lacks of job knowledge and has been given the wrong contact number and e-mail id of the nodal officer.
